If Russia needs the resources to fund the war in Ukraine, why doesn’t it throw open its doors to visa free western tourism? Enough people would be interested, & it would start to get some hard currency as €, CHF, £, SEK, $, JPY in the tills at shops.

No-one in their right minds would ever, willingly visit Russia!

(…and the Russians are paranoid that we in the west want to “INVADE” them!!!… Yeah, right… >In their bloody dreams<)!

Or; more likely, fighting each-other - trying to push someone-else (anyone-else) ahead of ourselves.

Carson, Segal, Musk, Trump… (add to the list as applicable)…

I can just see us westerners; all fighting each-other to get to the front of the queue…

(Which rather explains something else)…

I’m wondering about attachment and transference with the therapist and the idea of escape and fantasy? How much do you think your strong feelings, constant thoughts, desires to be with your therapist are a way to escape from your present life? I wonder if the transference serves another purpose than to show us our wounds and/or past experiences, but is a present coping strategy for managing what we don’t want to face (even if unconsciously) in the present—-current relationships, life circumstances, etc. Can anyone relate to this concept of escape in relation to their therapy relationship? How does this play out for you?

Yeah, right…

Cheers!
